I totally understand having questions, heck if I am going to plunk down any of my hard earned cash I ask questions too! Here are a few of the most common questions I receive on a regular basis. If you have a burning question that isn't answered here please drop me an email here and I will answer it right away.

ARE ALL OF THE TEMPLATES LAYERED PHOTOSHOP (PSD) FILES?
You bet they are! I want you to enjoy customizing the templates.

ARE THE FONTS INCLUDED?
Yes and no... let me explain this further. Federal copyright laws protect typeface (we all can appreciate those laws). Because of those laws I can't give you the fonts. What I do instead is give you the links to those fonts. In most cases the fonts are free. If a paid font is used you can easily substitute it for another font on your computer.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?
Forever! Simple as that. As long as the product is on our site you will have access to your downloads in your account. You can access them directly by clicking here (you must be logged in). If you ever have any trouble retrieving your old orders just drop me a quick line.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW MARKETING SETS?
Usually several times each month but there are no guarantees.

IF YOU UPDATE TEMPLATES OR MAKE CHANGES TO THEM HOW DO I RECEIVE THE NEW FILES?
Simply login to your account and download them here. The links automatically update to the most recent orders.

What do I need to use your templates?
You must have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to use our templates.

WHAT LABS WILL YOUR TEMPLATES WORK WITH?
All of our templates are designed for WHCC, Millers, MPix or MPix Pro unless otherwise noted in the product description. They will work at other labs with minor alterations, you will be responsible for making those changes.

WHY DO YOUR MARKETING SETS SAY SOLD OUT?
We sell each set 10 times and retire it forever! If you see a set you like grab it while you can, they do sell out quickly!

WILL THE TEMPLATES WORK IN PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS?
Yep, the layers are not grouped and will be fully editable in Photoshop Elements.
