| Your purchase indicates you have read and agree with these terms of use. If you have any questions after reading them please contact me, I am always available to answer your questions. These terms are subject to change at anytime without prior notice.
Each purchase includes both personal and limited commercial use licenses.
If you are interested in mass production (more then 1,000) please contact us for pricing. Each purchase is a one person/one computer license. Photo Card Boutique can not be held responsible for printing errors on your behalf. All samples shown on our site are full bleed, the finished product may very slightly based on your labs trim specifications. Photo Card Boutique maintains the copyright of all materials sold. |

- Use our papers to create your own photo cards, invitations, albums etc.
- Use the papers in creation of products for your photography clients.
- Your own, personal use, digital scrapbook items.

- Use them in your photo card store, Etsy shop, eBay, Zazzle or other online venue without purchase of a commercial license.
- Use them in web or blog design without purchase of a commercial license.
- Use them to create elements in your digital scrapbook kits without purchase of a commercial license.
- Resell our individual papers in any kits, templates or other commercial use format.
- You may not redistribute our digital papers.
- Claim any of the work as your own.

- Use the templates in your portrait business for limited commercial use.
- Use the templates to have prints or other works created by third party vendors.
- Email finished card file in jpg or png format to your clients.
- Post finished jpg and png files to your blog or other web sites.
- Provide your clients with flattened, digital files from our templates.
- Use the logo elements in the marketing sets for your web presence.
- You are allowed to re-purpose the designs however you can't take elements from the templates to create a new product.

- You may not sell our templates in your photo card store, Etsy shop, eBay, Zazzle or other online venue.
- You may not redistribute our PSD files.
- You may not take any elements from our templates and make your own goods. This includes but is not limited to our illustrations, backgrounds, word art etc.
- Claim any of the work as your own.
